In a press release Wednesday afternoon, the sheriff's office says that it appears that 61 year old Charles Turner had an altercation with his 55 year old sister Rosemary Brown in her residence at 7200 Frash Road.

Authorities believe that Brown was killed in the altercation. They say Turner then set fire to Brown's home.
