The woman at the center of an alleged sex scandal involving several Washington County officials is out on bond after pleading not guilty to drug trafficking charges.
Officials with the Washington County Prosecutor's Office say Crystle Phillips entered the not guilty plea in Washington County Common Pleas court Wednesday.
She is facing two felony drug trafficking charges.
Phillips made headlines after telling authorities she had allegedly been having sex with several county and city officials, while they were on duty.
That eventually lead to the termination, demotion and resignation of four officials.
Her trial is set for August 12th.
She is currently out on bond.
