Oh wait did we forget something...why are they talking about a 13 year old and then a baby...I kind of got lost in the story somewhere...and its too bad we dont have the death penalty cause murder is still murder and always will be no matter how it is committed.

u know u people go on here an put people down. what if that was one of your family members how would u feel if people got on here an talked about them. 10to30 is along time to spend in prison anybody would learn there lesson after being in there for that long.

A year and a half? What ever happened to "Speedy Trial"? Now 2 more months before the judge can decide if he will accept the plea or not? How can this be constitutional?

Only one word can do this case justice...WOW. I can't only wonder how the court officials would feel if this guy would have killed one of their children. Oh wait, they must not have any kids. Cause they obviously don't know what it would feel like to have some crazed man take the life of a child. The worst part of the 10-30 year sentence is he will probably be out in 10. Meanwhile this child is no longer around and this man is running the streets. Lets hope and prey this guy doesn't recommit. I hope this guy get everything he deserves while in prison. They don't like these kinds of sick people. Maybe they will take care of something that the courts wouldn't !!!!

I'm glad to see some justice will be served. I cannot understand how a person (because we know he can't be considered a "parent") can harm a child. Those of us who are parents know that our children can get on our last nerve sometimes, but when that happens, you just need to take a deep breath...
