Could someone please tell me where the justice system is when it comes to our children. I have heard that Troy Keller got a continuance on his trial. WHY??

I myself just had court today in Wood Co. I now know that the courts in WV are just a big joke! How do these people get in the places they work? Just in WV can you be a high school DROP-OUT and be a judge.So what I'm saing is not only is WV the joke of the great USA so is it's courts.HAHA

And once again you can go right ahead & shove your head in the sand. I choose to live in the real world. With an accusation of sexual abuse only a idiot would turn the other cheek. He isnt being accused of a minor traffic violation---I couldn't care less if he'd failed to use his turn signal. He's accused of Sexual abuse...FAILURE TO MAINTAIN CONTROL!!! Only stupid people sit back after someone is accused of crossing a line like that and wait for the legal system to send down the verdict. Parents should be concered and take immediate action to ensure their children are removed from actual or perceived/potiental danger. So bottom line - innocent until proven guilty doesn't mean I should wave my right to protect the ones I love.

I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY EVERYONE IS SO QUICK 2 SAY THAT THIS MAN IS INNOCENT OR GUILTY MY QUESTION 2 EVERYONE IS WERE YOU THERE? NO ONE IS AROUND ANYONE 24/7 MY PRAYERS GO 2 HIS WIFE AND CHILDREN. I CANT STAND THE THOUGHT OF A INNOCENT MAN SERVING TIME BUT WHAT IS WORSE IS IF A GUILTY MAN GETS TO WALK THE STREETS AND DO IT AGAIN. AND FROM WHAT I KNOW TROY IS A GOOD MAN AND I DONT BELIEVE HE WOULD DO SOMETHING OF THIS NATURE BUT I WASN'T THERE AS IM SURE NONE OF YOU WERE EITHER.

To Me.... I would be angry if it was me but you have to expect people to react this way about something so serious especially when this man was around 1000's of childred. If he is innocent thats great but us parents have to protect our children.

i am not here to convict him or plead his innocents, i am here to seek the truth. people only let you see what they want you to see, so (until i can read minds), hear their every thought, and know whats in their hearts i am left, in this case, hoping that the justice system really works. the fact that there are people out there that really do these things lets me know that there are people out there that make stuff up, but i would like to know how bad or to what lengths does a person go through to make someone so mad that they would make up a lie this serious, and risk messing up their own life to prove their lie is the "truth" so my question goes to all of you pleading he is innocent, you all seem to know him so well, what did he do to someone to get them to react this way?

U say know the evidence before u judge. What is the evidence? How r these people supposed to know what to think? they r looking out for their children. so how can u judge their opinions. alot of people know troy and r in shock about this but how r they supposed to feel about the things that were said knowing their children were around this man!!!! the people that u know and trust the most r the ones who do these things to our children. would u take your child around a man that was accused of the same?

The definition of INDICT:1. formally charge accused person: to charge somebody formally with commission of a crime 2. accuse of a wrong: to accuse somebody of wrongdoing The definition of INDITE, (which is what you have been calling it): write: to write or compose something such as a poem, letter, or speech (archaic or literary) DO YOU SEE THE DIFFERENCE IN THE WORDS? NOW PLEASE EDUCATE YOURSELF. A dictionary is really inexpensive(cheap) and free if you can find one on your computer programming. Furthermore, I am not a man hater or cps. I would believe a child in this situation. Because a CHILD did tell this. Why would anyone believe a sick man could be innocent, yet a young child is telling lies? We are all that our children have, so therefore, we have to protect them. Don't really care what he gets out of this, as long as the child never has to see him again and the child is mentally & physically well.

to anoynmos you must be a man hater or cps to judge a man this easily.ad to indite means it could of happed which inturn means that it could not of happend read the definition and know he was not accused before so that tells me you believe everything you hear. There is no way to protect yourself from accusations. So if you think your safe your the ignorant one you are going with emotions istead of rational thinking so pleASE EDUCATE YOURSELF before judging a person omly god can judge and will judge also those who judge if there was not a reasonable doubt I would agree with you but you would say he is guilty right after you heard he was dont be an idiot think for yourself.

To help & me..I don't think you know the law at all. You have to have evidence to indict. Did you not read an earlier posting about there has to be enough evidence in a grand jury's mind for them to indict. That tells me that there is enough evidence against him to indict him over this. And no, you can NOT indict a ham. You are being blinded by your ignorance. GET A LIFE & GET REAL!! I have heard he was accused of this once before. So, that tells me that there is something going on somewhere. As far as a church going man, God will judge him for hurting one of his children. He needs to go back and pray for himself and stop "preying" on our children.

anonymous i knoe the law but if i call and tell you kid said that the same thing would happen to you so you my need to read up on this sex crimes a little more because whe it is over the truth will come out....they keep saying he worked in daycare then way would there not have been more investigations on him.....you people do ot know this ma so you need to stop ad think how it would feel he loves his family and is a good chruch going man so utill you can prove that he would even have it in him the leave him alone he will pray for you for judgeing him
