UPDATE: The West Virginia Department of Highways says both lanes of Rt. 50 in Ritchie Co. are open at this time.
-----------------
Motorists traveling eastbound on Route 50 through Ritchie County should expect some delays Friday.
West Virginia Division of Highways officials say one eastbound lane of Route 50 remains shut down at Mile Marker 27 at this time. That's about three miles from the Wood County line.
Ritchie County 9-1-1 Dispatchers say crews are still working to clean up an accident that happened around 2 AM between a truck and a semi-truck. The semi-truck was hauling logs, making the clean up more difficult.
Highway officials expect the lane to be closed for most of the day Friday.
