For the third time since June, a suspect has been found guilty in connection with a February murder in Athens county.
Thursday a jury found 17-year-old Abdifatah Abdi guilty of murder and two counts of aggravated robbery.
Officials with the Athens county prosecutors office say Abdi was sentenced last night to 28 years to life in prison.
The Columbus teen is the third of four suspects to go to trial for the incident.
The first two suspects were also found guilty, and also sentenced to 28 years to life in prison.
Abdi was tried as an adult in connection to the shooting death of Donnie Putnam in a New Marshfield home in February.
