After two days of deliberating jurors could not reach a verdict in the murder trial against Paula Rizer.
Rizer was charged with killing her husband, Kenny last year.
Our Huntington sister station, WSAZ-TV, reports Rizer was found not guilty of aggravated murder and a mistrial was granted for the lesser murder charge.
There was a week of testimony in the trial, which ended with closing statements Monday. Jurors deliberated for more than 10 hours Tuesday.
Rizer's husband was found shot to death in the couple's Portland, Ohio home in April.
