WTAP News Many representatives of industries in the Mid-Ohio Valley gathered at West Virginia University at Parkersburg to be honored Thursday.

Many representatives of industries in the Mid-Ohio Valley gathered at West Virginia University at Parkersburg Thursday.
The Mid-Ohio Valley Chamber of Commerce held its 5th annual industry appreciation luncheon at WVU-P.
The MOV Chamber of Commerce recognized businesses for the jobs, goods, and community donations they provide to the area.
Robert Godbey of Create West Virginia was the guest speaker. Godbey spoke about creative professionals as the key to economic growth. Plus he gave tips on how to build a creative community.
WTAP News Anchor and Reporter Leslie Barrett emceed the event.
