The coming of November means the beginning of another holiday season...and the annual Mid-Ohio Valley Toys for Tots campaign got off to a "running" start Saturday morning.
More than 100 people took part in this run at Parkersburg City Park...an event which raised more than $1,000 for the start of this year's campaign.

Toys for Tots also held its first toy drive of the season Saturday at Toys-R-Us...and many more are planned for next week.

"This weekend, we go to KFC (in the Traffic Circle), we have a car show at City Park on Saturday. We'll be at Wal-Mart on South Side on Saturday, so a lot of things (are) happening pretty quick."

Medals were handed out to each participant in this morning's run.
