UPDATE: Missing Child Found Safe
Raven Owens has since returned home from the hospital.

Raven Owens has since returned home from the hospital.
A dispatcher with the Ritchie and Doddridge County 911 said that Owens was found on a main roadway near her home when a individual picked her up and took her to police.
Crews from the National Air Guard out of Williamstown, search dogs, fire fighters, area law enforcement agencies, and people in the community were looking for Owens for four hours. ___________________________________

UPDATE: 7:11 p.m.
Ritchie County officials tell WTAP they have located two and a half-year-old Raven Owens.
She is safe and has been transported to a local hospital to be checked out.
Officials are not releasing any more details at this point. As soon as anything new becomes available, we'll post it right here on WTAP.com, and on WTAP News at 11 and Fox Parkersburg News at 10.

UPDATE: 6:47 p.m.
WTAP has been told that the missing Ritchie County girl has been found, but we are still waiting on confirmation from Ritchie County authorities.

Authorities in Ritchie County are looking for a two and a half year old girl who has been missing since 11:00 this morning, near Oil Ridge Road.
The child's name is Raven Owens.
Officials tell us she is wearing a pink dress and no shoes.
She has long blonde hair , gray/blue eyes, and weighs about 30-40 pounds.
Raven was last seen playing outside with a kitten.
They say Raven may be in danger, but does not meet the criteria for issuing an amber alert.
