New Murder Trial Begins
A jury has been seated in the new murder trial for Paula Rizer, accused of killing her husband.

A jury has been seated in the second murder trial for a Meigs County woman.

Meigs County officials say Paula Rizer shot and killed her husband, Kenny, at the couple's home in Portland, Ohio, in April 2009.

Back in November, a Meigs County jury found Rizer not guilty of Aggravated Murder, but they could not come to a verdict on the lesser Murder charge, so the judge declared a mistrial.

A jury was seated Thursday morning.

The new trial is expected to continue Friday.
