A group of bicyclists are pedaling for a good cause and a major workout!
It's called Bike and Build and a group of young adults are doing just that!
Wednesday, the group stopped at a home in Lowell to do interior work.
The group travels between 70 and 90 miles each day on bikes, stopping along the way to help with building homes.
Members say it's not as hard as it sounds.
Dave Miller says, "People think that biking across America is something that can't be done, that it's the realm of professional cyclists or professional crazy people, and it's not! I have a fair amount of cycling experience and there are people, the first day they got on a road bike was the first day of our trip."
Wednesday's home was the third house the group has helped with. When the tour is over, they'll have worked on twelve homes across the country.
