UPDATE: Moody out on PR Bond, Trial Date Set

A Washington County former maintenance supervisor facing three felony charges is currently out on bond.
Tuesday, Chuck Moody was in court for a bond hearing.
Moody, along with Meigs County resident, Samuel Seckman, have been charged in connection with the disappearance of forty thousand light bulbs and cleaning supplies.
Moody was released on a personal recognizance bond
He is facing charges of theft in office, tampering with records and bribery.
His trial is scheduled for April 22nd.

Washington County's former maintenance supervisor...has been returned to Marietta to face criminal charges.
Chuck Moody was brought to the Washington County jail Monday afternoon.
Moody has a bond hearing scheduled for Tuesday morning in common pleas court.
He was arrested last week in Cross Lanes, West Virginia...and waived extradition to Ohio late last week.
In November, Moody was investigated for the disappearance of $40,000 worth of light bulbs and cleaning supplies.
He and another man, Samuel Seckman, of Meigs County, are facing charges in relation to the investigation.
