A man indicted by a grand jury in January on charges of concealing a dead body and arson was back in court Monday.
James Walters, Jr. appeared in Judge Jeff Reed's courtroom Monday to try to get his bond reduced.
Originally set at $400,000, Judge Reed agreed to reduce Walter's bond to $100,000 with the condition he be put on home confinement if he makes bail.
Walters' is charged with two counts of concealing a dead body and arson.
He remains behind bars.
