Plea Agreement Possible In Barnes Case
WTAP News A trial in a case including a concealed weapon charge was postponed for Williamstown resident Bryce Barnes Wednesday, while Washington County attorneys work on a possible plea agreement.

A plea deal is in the works for a Williamstown man...arrested last December for an incident at the Marietta Wal-Mart.
Washington County Prosecutor Jim Schneider says Bryce Barnes' trial...scheduled forWednesoday...has been continued until March 19th for the time being.
Prosecutors are trying to work out a plea agreement with Barnes' attorney in the meantime.
Barnes is accused of spraying a Wal-Mart manager with pepper spray...and going back to the store with a concealed weapon that didn't have a permit.
