Bond has been set for the owner of the store that agents busted Friday for bath salts.
A Washington County Judge set James Biles, Jr.'s bond at $21,000, Monday afternoon.
Friday, agents say they seized more than five hundred packages of bath salts, nearly $1,100 in cash, two vehicles, one hundred vicodin pills, a computer and business records from S and J Incense on State Route 7.
They say Biles told them he was making $4,000 a day with a profit margin of over 80%.
Biles is charged with possession of drugs, tampering with evidence and possession of schedule three drugs.
Biles is also a co-owner of Smokin' Joes in Parkersburg.
Last month, he was arrested on a possession with the intent to deliver charge after a similar police raid there.
Biles is scheduled for a preliminary hearing Wednesday afternoon.
