UPDATE: 7/18/11 2:50PM

Bond has been set for the owner of the store that agents busted Friday for bath salts.

A Washington County Judge set James Biles, Jr.'s bond at $21,000, Monday afternoon.

Friday, agents say they seized more than five hundred packages of bath salts, nearly $1,100 in cash, two vehicles, one hundred vicodin pills, a computer and business records from S and J Incense on State Route 7.

They say Biles told them he was making $4,000 a day with a profit margin of over 80%.

Biles is charged with possession of drugs, tampering with evidence and possession of schedule three drugs.

Biles is also a co-owner of Smokin' Joes in Parkersburg.

Last month, he was arrested on a possession with the intent to deliver charge after a similar police raid there.

Biles is scheduled for a preliminary hearing Wednesday afternoon.

Two people are behind bars, hundreds of packages of bath salts are off the market, and unprescribed prescription pills have been seized from a raid in Washington County.

Friday night Major Crimes Task Force agents executed a search warrant at S&J Incense on State Route 7.

Agents said over 500 packages of bath salts, $10,800 in cash, two vehicles, one hundred Vicodin pills, a computer and business records were seized.

Officers said the owner, James Edward Biles, Jr. of Parkersburg told them he was making $4,000 a day with a profit margin of over 80%.

The evidence is being analyzed and will be sent to the prosecuting attorney for further action.

Biles was arrested for tampering with drugs and possession of Vicodin pills without a prescription.

He is scheduled to be in Marietta Municipal Court Monday. Biles is a co-owner of Smokin' Joes in Parkersburg.

Last month, he was arrested on a possession with the intent to deliver charge after a similar police raid there.

Also last night, Mark Degori of Marietta reportedly showed up at S&J Incense.

Agents arrested and charged him with possession of crack cocaine.

The deputies raided S&J on State Route Seven.

The search warrant stated that they were able to seize products labeled as bath salts, stain remover, plant food and other synthetic drugs.

"We've been able to determine that they are selling bath salts...and we've been able to document that," Sheriff Larry Mincks stated.

Detectives will inventory the evidence taken from the store for further investigation.
