Police say the driver, 21-year-old Andrew Dimitroff of Williamstown, hydroplaned causing him to lose control.
They added speed was likely a factor. Dimitroff was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
He's been cited with reckless driving and failure to maintain control.
The Amish furniture store is in pretty bad shape. Part of the window is smashed out, and there's damage to what was right behind that pane.
No estimates yet on the financial cost, but a new window is expected to be installed sometime today.
Parkersburg Police are investigating.
