A domestic dispute call turns up a pot growing operation.
This is how it happened according to Wood County Sheriff Jeff Sandy,
deputies rushed out to 500 Henrie Lane in Boaz Wednesday on reports of a domestic dispute.
When they got there the victim told them Kenneth Bruffey had been smoking marijuana.
Officers say the smelled marijuana when they walked into the house.
They quickly got a search warrant and turned up an indoor marijuana cultivation operation, packaged marijuana, and its residue.
Police arrested the 47 year old for cultivation of marijuana and possession with the intent to deliver marijuana.
