Kitchen Fire Destroys Parkersburg Home
A second fire took over another Parkersburg home Saturday.

Around 11:30 Saturday morning, Parkersburg Fire crews responded to a kitchen fire on Smithfield Street.
Fire Chief Eric Taylor says the cause is accidental.
The fire most likely started from an electrical shortage in the kitchen.
Smoke detectors were working and there are no injuries reported.
The damage is around 5 to 10 thousand dollars.
