Winter Market Successful
WTAP News The first day of the winter market brought shoppers from all over.

The first day of the winter market brought shoppers from all over.
Artists and vendors from around the area set up shop on Market Street.
This building is part of the WVU-Parkersburg Campus Downtown.
More than fifteen local artists were chosen to bring more life to downtown over the weekends.
The winter market is the first Saturday of every month through May.
City officials hope this is a beginning step to revitalizing the downtown.
Application to be chosen as a featured artists can be found.
