Holyoke, Mass. (AP) -- An eighth-grade teacher who allegedly fled the state with a 15-year-old male student during school vacation has been returned to Massachusetts.
Lisa Lavoie -- who's been fired from her job at a Holyoke Elementary School -- was brought back under police escort Thursday, and is scheduled to be arraigned in Holyoke District Court on Friday on a charge of enticing a minor.
Lavoie looked at the ground and did not answer questions shouted at her by reporters as she was escorted into the police department.
Lavoie and the teen were reported missing Feb. 16 and were found a week later in West Virginia. Lavoie was arrested and the boy was returned to his family in Massachusetts.
