Clarksburg, W.Va. (AP) -- Police have identified two women killed by a Clarksburg handyman who committed suicide last week as authorities closed in to arrest him.
The remains of 26-year-old Carrie Lynn Baker were found in Barbour County, while the body of 40-year-old Carolyn Sauerwein was found on the suspect's family property in Braxton County.
Baker went missing in Clarksburg in July 2008, and police say that's when james childers killed her in his home.
Police say Sauerwein was apparently killed on the childers property.
Her family reported her missing in Phillipi last week.
Childers confessed to the murders in a two-hour audiotape mailed to police.
He also claimed three other victims, but no more bodies have been found.
Police didn't say how the women were killed or whether they knew each other.
