W.Va. Woman Gets Probation in Racial Assault
Clarksburg, W.Va. (AP) -- A white Clarksburg woman who pleaded guilty to violating a black teenager's civil rights has received five years of probation.

they want to make it a hate crime to speak out about things that the bible says are a sin but don a sheet with kkk and slur someone elses race and get probation especially a minor whats up with this
