Deputies are looking for 46-year old Lori Lynn Leedy, AKA Lori Warren for Breach of Recognizance and two counts of Failure to Appear.

Authorities tell us on September 24, deputies responded to a domestic altercation at a Vincent residence.

They say Leedy was asked to leave the residence, but refused to leave.

Officials say appearing to be under the influence of drugs, Leedy initiated an argument and charged toward the victim with a hammer.

Leedy left the incident and later turned herself in, but hasn't showed up for court.

There was a similar incident back in August where authorities also has to respond to a domestic situation involving Leedy.
