The Washington County Sheriff's Office is looking for 29-year old Thomas Fellure, Jr. of Parkersburg for theft and vandalism.
WTAP helped authorities ID Fellure when we showed video of the incident.
Over the summer, officials say Fellure stole 50 batteries and lead cables from Frontier Local Schools buses.
They say Fellure then sold more than 1,000 lbs. of batteries to a recycling center in Parkersburg.
