The Parkersburg Police Department is looking for 41-year old Eliot Richardson on warrants for burglary and obstructing an officer.

Officials say the burglary is related to an incident on September 5.

They say Richardson entered a 16th Street Home and stole a person's wallet.

Authorities say the obstruction incident happened the next day when they say Richardson gave a fake name to an officer.
