In this week's edition of the Mid-Ohio Valley's Most Wanted we have for you a Parkersburg man wanted for allegedly Brandishing a Weapon and Possession of Stolen Property.
Parkersburg Police Chief Gerald Board says back in November, Dennis Burke went to a house on 18th Avenue, in Parkersburg, and started an argument with another man.
Chief Board says Burke pointed a handgun at the man's face and threatened him with a racial slur.
"At that time, the gun was slapped out of his hand and Dennis Burke left the area. When the officers arrived they recovered the gun and we discovered it was stolen out of the state of Washington," says Chief Gerald Board, Parkersburg Police.
Chief Board isn't sure how Burke received the stolen gun from Washington, but he says Burke is considered dangerous.
Chief Board believes Burke could still be in the area.
So, if you have any information on where he could be, please call the Parkersburg Police Department at 304-424-8444.
You can catch the next edition of the Mid-Ohio Valley's Most Wanted next Wednesday, on WTAP News at 6.
