School officials in Mason County are looking into security measures following an incident at Point Pleasant High School.
Earlier this week, an unidentified woman wandered into the school, and handed out discount cards for a 30-day supply of a prescription drugs.
The advertised drugs are used to treat attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder.
The cards read "Adderall XR Achievers Program," and directs holders to show it along with a doctor's prescription to a pharmacist for redemption.
Officials are trying to piece together what happened by checking the visitors’ sign-in log and are checking video from the school for clues.
