Cracking the Break-In Case
WTAP News Washington County Sheriff's Deputies make a break in the case of the break ins.

The Washington County Sheriff's Department has made it's first big break in the on going car theft investigation.
Over the last couple of weeks, authorities say that more than 50 unlocked vehicles have been broken into around Lowell, Reno, Vincent and Beverly.
After the ongoing investigation, the sheriff's department has issued 2 arrest warrants.
One for 20-year-old William Joseph Carter Senior of Waterford, who was already in the Washington County Jail on a separate charge.
The other for 18-year-old Justin Cline, who authorities cannot locate.
Cline is described as a 5' 7, 140 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.
