I think that the cops should lock up and throw away the key. innocent children do not need to be abused and assulted.
I do think the repeat affenders should be kept behind bars but in some cases there is a teenager that is at fault and it goes tofare and the so called sexaffender is not guilty
i work for the department of corrections and let me tell you it brakes a lot officers hearts when we have to release these offenders out he front gate of a prison. we need tougher laws and no more parole for these offenders, they don't change and many will honestly tell you they will commit crimes again if released. when is someone going to start thinking about the rights of these young children and not the rights of these terrible offenders
HOW!! can these people be put back out on the street to do this again. There should be a law mad just for these type of people. They don't change and our system don't change. How maney little children or teen, adult need to be hurt before any thing is done!!!!!
Castrate the sob
the court system shows how they dont care about victims again..this creature should have never been let out..a mad dog is not penned briefly then released in the public..doesnt anyone in the judicial system care about our children?
only 200,000? I want to know who was the idiot who set that bail. let's not elect that person again. This is an election year. Bail? give me a break. What kind of message does this send to our children and families in Doddridge county. Your child's security is worth 200,000? Not in my family.
