A Parkersburg murder suspect appeared in Wood County Magistrate Court on Monday....

26 year old Ricky Ratel appeared before Magistrate Joyce Perky for his felony preliminary hearing. Ratel is charged with conspiracy to commit bodily injury and murder, after an alleged domestic dispute on November 3rd.

Ratel is one of three men charged in connection with the death of 28 year old Eric Dunn. Timothy Hill and Brian Lee are also charged with murder and conspiracy to commit murder.

Hill waived his right to a felony preliminary hearing Monday. Brian Lee's hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, November 22nd. Both Ratel and Hill's cases are now bound over to the grand jury.
