A man who tried to sell drugs to an undercover cop in the south side Wal-Mart parking lot has pleaded guilty to the crime.
Carl Hendershot originally pleaded not guilty to the two counts of selling percocet in March.
Tuesday, he reached a plea agreement with the State and pleaded guilty to only one count.
In exchange, the State agreed to dismiss the other charge.
Hendershot's sentencing is in September.
He faces up to 15 years in prison and $25-thousand in fines.
