President Bush plans to honor a Pittsburgh woman during his trip to Wheeling this week.
While at the airport Wednesday, he will present the President's Volunteer Service Award to Kristen Holloway, the founder and President of Operation Troop Appreciation.
The nonprofit organization is dedicated to supporting deployed troops fighting the war on terrorism in Iraq, Afghanistan, Kuwait and Africa.
Since its 2004 inception, the group has sent more than 10,000 care packages containing everything from phone cards to sports equipment.
Tickets to Bush's town hall meeting at Wheeling's Capitol Music Hall are available on a first-come, first-serve basis to members of the Wheeling Area Chamber of Commerce, their employees and guests. Military families also have been invited to attend.
The chamber is coordinating meeting where Bush is to discuss the War on Terror.
