Eastbound traffic on Corridor D was re-routed to Seventh Street after a motorcycle accident around 3:30 p.m. Sunday.

Witnesses say Robert Jenkins was changing lanes when the trike flipped over and he was thrown off of it.

They say the sixty-four year old was riding a Harley Davidson with two added wheels because of knee problems.

The reason why he lost control is unknown.

A lieutenant for the Wood County Sheriff's Department says it appears he suffered head trauma and possbily internal injuries.

The Walker, West Virginia man is listed as being in poor condition at St. Joseph's hospital Sunday night.

He was wearing a helmet and riding with about 14 other riders.
