It's already been open for a couple weeks, but Thursdat marked the official kick off of Parkersburg's Farmers' Market.

Vendors selling anything from fresh produce to homemade jams packed the tent on the corner of Third and Market Street.

Both sellers and shoppers agree the Farmers' Market is a great addition to downtown.

The Farmers' Market will be open every Thursday and Friday through the fall from 11 to 6.
