Area law enforcement agencies are looking for $12-thousand in cash, that floated down Duck Creek last March.

A Washington County Grand jury indicted three Michigan men Monday for the related crime.

Police say Leonard Collins, Derrill King, and Mario Johnson sold drugs to an undercover agent in Macksburg last March.

Police say Mario Johnson tried to flee from police that night with $12-thousand that belonged to the Parkersburg Police and Washington County Sheriff's Departments.

Police say they chased Johnson to Duck Creek where he let go of the $12-thousand in cash.

All three men are charged with trafficking in drugs.

Collins was additionally charged with felonious assault and Johnson was charged with tampering with evidence.

Also indicted Monday, Keith Lowe was charged with unlawful sexual conduct with a minor for allegedly having sex with a thirteen year old.

Robert Mease, Junior faces the same charge for allegedly having sex with a fourteen-year-old girl who became pregnant in 2002.
