Habitat for Humanity Founder Passes Away
WTAP News Habitat for Humanity has changed the lives of so many people around the world and in Wood County. Tuesday, it's founder passed away.

Habitat for Humanity has changed the lives of so many people around the world and in Wood County. Tuesday, it's founder passed away.
In the last five years of his life, Millard Fuller was in charge of another organization called the Fuller Center for Housing.
Fuller was 74 years old and died Tuesday after he was take to the emergency room by his wife.
His cause of death is not yet available.
Alvin Phillips, from the Wood County Chapter of Habitat for Humanity, joined us on WTAP News at 5 Tuesday and said a few words in Fuller's memory.
"Millard was a visionary. His vision spread across the world and over 300,000 homes have been built, including the 45 we have built here, in Wood County, so it certainly is a loss to us," says Alvin Phillips, Wood County Habitat for Humanity.
Fuller is survived by his wife and four children.
