April marks Organ Donation Awareness Month and Thursday Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital raised a flag to support the cause of giving the gift of life.
According to Camden-Clark clinical specialists, there are more than 100,000 people waiting to have a life-saving organ transplant.
3,000 are in need of a transplant in Ohio.
Mike King the CEO of Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital said, "Part of our responsibility as a hospital is to find ways to encourage our citizens to make those donations."
Camden-Clark is giving you the opportunity to donate life by changing to an organ donor on your driver's license, this Saturday, at Panera Bread in Vienna.
