and this is news to someone... Ohio provides nothing for college graduates except for risky jobs, shady hiring and retainment practices, communities schooled in ignorance, gateway into drugs, lousy lifestyles, and much much more.

Was the factor that many graduates from Marietta College are out-of-state students? Ihe school had the nickname - The Harvard of The Midwest - at one time. Many of the students were residents from the New England states and would logically NOT be expected to remain here following graduation.

I don't think that this is a correct report. I would guess that over half of the Ohio grad. aren't even from Ohio in the first place. Therefore, they will be leaving. Where do they go after they graduate from college and don't have a job? They go home. Back to another state. Why wouldn't you interview someone from Marietta College, rather that the lady from the Chamber of Commerce? Not really sure how the Chamber falls into this story.
