The deadline for people to change their prescription drug plan is quickly approaching, but for some, it can be confusing.
In an effort to learn more about coverage choices, the West Virginia Bureau of Senior Services is launching a statewide call-in plan.
The partnership offers personalized help from trained counselors in sorting through various options for coverage.
Congresswoman Shelley Moore Capito says a majority of seniors are already benefiting from the Medicare D plan.
To receive personal help from a counselor you can reach the call center at 1-877-987-4463 Monday through Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm.
Open enrollment to sign up or change a medicare prescription drug plan ends on December 31st.
