Marietta's Front Street was a buzz of activity Tuesday, as post-holiday shoppers made the rounds...

Dozens of cars lined the downtown streets.

It was even tough to find a parking place around lunch-time.

Shop-owner Teri Ann Zide says business was down slightly this Christmas Eve because it fell on Sunday, but it was back to a strong, steady stream Tuesday morning.

Teri Ann Zide says, "The day after Christmas is always a good day for us. We have some returns and exchanges to be made, and people have Christmas money, and they've had enough being in the house and whatever. So our traffic has been very steady."

Overall, Zide says business has boomed all holiday season along Front Street.
she expects that will continue well into the new year.
