You can indite a ham sadwhich ang ie is on the side of caution not evidence and children can easily be cohourst.

help..do you not understand what an indictment is? If there's enough evidence in a grand jury's mind to hold you for a crime they can indict, wherein a warrant can be issued for your arrest. In which he was arrested or he turned himself in. And if he is home by now, duh..someone posted his bond. So this tells me for him to be indicted that there must be some evidence or else it would not have went this far. I hope justice will prevail for the child. Children are our lives, if you are a good parent!!!

my opinion2 you do not know what you are talking about in a daycare you can view the file and see if they had there background check....i know one thing no they did not have evidence or he would have been arrested before the grand jury indictment and yes i call my self family because anyone would be luck to have family like this one so i know it is not true this man is not that type of person his wife would have done been gone if she had any doubt after all she knows her family and would die for her kids they are the heart and soul of both jennifer and troy...by the way it is innocent until proven guilty that child did not say those things

First of all I don't understand why you people would NOT believe a child. A child had to tell the truth about this for these charges to go this far. DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND THAT? When a report like this is made, they question the child, find evidence, and then press charges if probable cause has been found. Secondly..to Mary, yes I have worked in a daycare and school settings. I too, have had numerous background checks. However, to my understanding the daycare he worked at was ran by his mother. Do you think background checks were really done?? And if anything came back, was the truth told? Third..to me, I would never put myself in this situation. People who know how to work w/ or around kids, know what situations to put or not put themselves in. There are ways to keep yourself protected so these things won't be said about you. TO HELP...to be defending him like this you must be some type of relation, WIFE or sister!! Please don't defend anyone until the have been PROVEN innocent.

i don't think anyone is saying troy is guilty i think they are saying they must protect their children for the "what if". What if he could do this to a child?? As a child who was sexually abused and never saw true justice after i came forward, im not going to wait to protect my child until some judge says ok he isn't guilty b/c who knows he may be. I know troy and i dont think he could do something like this, however my child's safety comes before my feelings.

This is to Michelle if we do a sex offender task force such as the one we have for drugs I have seen nothing accomplished in Wood County. Washington County however has made most of the arrests I have seen done not Wood County. As far as your opinion on Innocent until proven guilty goes out the window. How would you feel if this were to happen to you? Not to mention someone you new and loved. What happened to trusting your peers to listen to the evidence and determining a persons guilt or innocence. You think all your fellow peers are what... The only way you would know actually how a day care ran would be to be there or work in one. They are so highly regulated and get paid minimum wage to take care of your most prize possesions. The amount of education and continuing education you have to have to work in a day care center is equal to or more than your teachers or teachers aids. Criminal Background checks and CPS are done on on all workers in the child care field

people do not know how easy it is to do this to some one the charges with troy keller aren't true i know this for a fact this man has been there for his family so before you say thing just be sure you know that all it takes is you to make some one mad all they have to do is call ad say the same thing about you i know who do this to him they need to go through some of this the woman who said this lost her kids in 1990 because of neglect she was ever much but after what she has done to a person like troy keller she deserves all the pain i this world her kid had cancer ad was not there but when her child said you are not my mother any more she could not hurt her any other way but through her husband and kids so do not talk about things you do not know about IT COULD BE YOU NEXT JUST ASK THE CPS HOW EASY

Innocent until proven guilty goes out the window with me on these cases. First of all, to Kim, what you might think is a kind, hard working young man, may NOT be just that. Do you know what he is like behind closed doors? People such as this, can be deceiving. I wouldn't trust any child around anyone that has had any type of accusations like this made against them. People will fool you!!!!

You can go right ahead & shove your head in the sand. I choose to live in the real world. With an accusation of sexual abuse only a idiot would turn the other cheek. He isnt being accused of a minor traffic violation---I couldn't care less if he'd failed to use his turn signal. He's accused of Sexual abuse...FAILURE TO MAINTAIN CONTROL!!! Only stupid people sit back after someone is accused of crossing a line like that and wait for the legal system to send down the verdict. Parents should be concered and take immediate action to ensure their children are removed from actual or perceived/potiental danger. So bottom line - innocent until proven guilty doesn't mean I should wave my right to protect the ones I love.

Whatever happened to innocent until proven guilty. Any one at any time can be accused of a nasty crime such as this. We as a nation need to learn to wait until the facts come out before ruining someones life. The Troy Keller I know is not capable of these charges. He is a very kind hard working young man.

Mr. Coe obviously could not bring himself to seek rehabilitation. Why wasn't he ordered into some type of treatment or program after his first or second offense? There is nothing to be ashamed with him admitting that he has a problem and seeking help. The shame comes when he has hurt or killed someone. Wake up Mr. Coe.

Last night I said to myself "Keller...How do I know that name"? Well today I figured it out & I am furious... as I am sure many other parents are! WHAT IS THE MATTER WITH THESE PEOPLE?!?!?! Do you "work" with kids so you can have the "pick of the litter" or just "show your love" of them all?!?!?! My children are the most treasured & precious assets that I have been blessed with. I have devoted my life to protecting my children, as well as to all children that I care for & have been privileged to be trusted with ....and then there are those that prey on our most valued gifts, and violate their purity and innocence. SHAME ON YOU!!!! You are repulsive and make me sick!!!

John Coe has had plenty of chances. More than most would get. AA or rehab isn't going to help since he doesn't seem to feel he has a problem. He SHOULD by in jail and he SHOULDN'T have his cushy job. Let someone who is qualified and responsible have the job.

To Tracey, Coe has has 2 previous times to learn his lesson, he didnt, so maybe he needs a nice quiet cell to sit in 23 hrs a day and think about it. Plus he will be away from booze in there. Get the guy off the streets and take his license away for good since he's obviously not responsible enough to have one.

I want to hear more news about Noble County we have a sheriff here who thinks he is also judge and jury and now we have a derputy suspended.What is it going to take for people in this county who pay taxes every year to have things work the way they are supposed to. Lets stop praising the thief who used to be sheriff and try to get the new one to do his job right.

I am all in agreeance with giving people more chances, however Mr. Coe has evidentally had 3 so far, and has not seemed to help. I myself, have three children that I would rather not be on the road with a person under the influence of alcohol and possibly drugs. One more change without reprocussion, may just cost somebody's life at this point in time. I think 3 chances was enough.

Tracey, doesn't pose a threat? Yeah, lets wait until he kills someone before we put him in jail! Third offense, he has already had two other chances he did not take advantage of. Sounds like a great role model for kids.

Mr. Coe should lose his job!! We all seem to forget that his is a Wood County Offical that is suppose to be setting a good example for the children. I think it is ridiculous that he was suspended with pay after receiving his 3rd DUI. He should have been FIRED after his first DUI!!

Ok Tracey, how many chances does Mr Coe deserve? Has he been at school intoxicated, or gone to someones house under the influence of a controlled substance along with alcohol? He deserves to be punished as if he has nothing to offer. What does it tell the teens? That it is ok to drive under the influence? He is lucky he did not injure or kill someone or himself!!!

Personally, I hope Mr. Coe does not loose his job over this incident. Does he need treatment and a program of recovery courtesy of AA? In my opinion, Yes? Does he deserve to go to jail? Absolutly not! Jail is a place for persons who pose a threat to-and have nothing valuable to offer- society. From some of the comments I have read from teens he has helped courtesy of his job with the school system it is very clear to me that Mr. Coe is someone who-despite any personal problems he may have- is a valued-and much needed- member of our community. Do I feel he deserves a break? No. Do I feel he deserves one last chance? Yes. In my mind, this incident does not define him as a person-that is something only his many good deeds can do.

Everyone calls the woman a so called "you know what" wake up so are the men!!! No she wasn't getting paid for it but the men were and the taxpayers were the ones paying. I have never paid for my own sex. So why should I have to pay for theirs. She may have been a "groopie" or whatever but she isn't the one that took an OATH is she? No one involved in this is without blame!!!! They all were wrong!!!!!!

Could someone please tell me where the justice system is when it comes to our children. I have heard that Troy Keller got a continuance on his trial. WHY??
I myself just had court today in Wood Co. I now know that the courts in WV are just a big joke! How do these people get in the places they work? Just in WV can you be a high school DROP-OUT and be a judge.So what I'm saing is not only is WV the joke of the great USA so is it's courts.HAHA

Did you not read an earlier posting about there has to be enough evidence in a grand jury's mind for them to indict. That tells me that there is enough evidence against him to indict him over this. So, that tells me that there is something going on somewhere. As far as a church going man, God will judge him for hurting one of his children.
