Hundreds of pregnant women and small children can rest a little easier now, knowing they're protected from the H1N1 virus.

Health officials with the Mid-Ohio Valley Health Department say Friday's H1N1 clinic was a success.

They say doors remained open an hour longer than scheduled, and at least 750 people received the vaccine.

Officials say they were glad to see so many people line up for the vaccine.

"That indicates that people understand the importance of the vaccine at this time, and the importance of getting vaccinated as soon as possible," Sherif Ibrahim, MD with the MOV Health Department, said.

Health officials say all pregnant women and 4-year-old children were able to get the vaccination.

However, the vaccination for children three years old and younger ran out.
