For the second time in recent weeks, local authorities are making big arrests involving methamphetamine.

Agents with the Parkersburg Violent Crimes and Narcotics Task Force arrested 34 year old Joseph Kelly, Arnoldsburg, West Virginia, and 52 year old Ralph Wilson from Spencer.

Police say the men were buying thousands of nasal pills here in Parkersburg.

Police say they've now linked them with a major meth lab in Calhoun County.

Both Kelly and Wilson are charged with attempting to manufacture meth.

They are being held at the North Central Regional Jail on $15,000 bond each.

Officers expect the men will face additional charges out of Calhoun County in the coming days.
