The two men who admitted to killing a Parkersburg man more than a year ago will appear in Wood County court Monday.
The sentencing for 28 year old Ricky Ratel and 28 year old Timothy Hill are set for Monday afternoon.
You may remember, Ratel pleaded guilty to second degree murder charges last month, for the 2005 shooting death of Eric Dunn.
As part of Ratel's plea deal, Timothy Hill pleaded guilty to conspiracy charges.
Ratel faces anywhere from 10 to 40 years in prison, while Hill could spend up to five years behind bars.
