A man indicted by a grand jury in January on charges of concealing a dead body and arson was back in court Monday.

James Walters, Jr. appeared in Judge Jeff Reed's courtroom Monday to try to get his bond reduced.

Originally set at $400,000, Judge Reed agreed to reduce Walter's bond to $100,000 with the condition he be put on home confinement if he makes bail.

Walters' is charged with two counts of concealing a dead body and arson.

He remains behind bars.

He and Jaymason Robinson were arrested in connection with the deaths of Lester Wratchford and Eric Sprouse.

In September, authorities say the victims were fatally shot at a home on Pike Street and then taken to a wooded area off of Laurel Creek Road, where a vehicle was found on fire.
