I want to thank everyone who has helped catch this SEXUAL PREDATOR and that is what he is.I am the mother of the 12 yld and i did monitor her phone thats how i caught him.And second of all to the one person who commented about that he was not a stranger.Get your facts right before you go shooting off your tongue.He is where he needs to be.I just wish it was earlier times when they would have hung him in the streets for everyone to see.

I KNOW HIM[ HE IS RELATED TOO ME..HE IS MARRIED AND HAVES KIDS OF HIS OWN AND HIS SON HAVES KIDS TOO..DON'T JUDGE UN-TILL U KNOW THE WHOLE STORY THERE IS ALWAYS TOO SIDES..JUST BECAUSE HE TALKS WITH GIRLS THAT ARE UNDER AGE HE SHOULD BE LOCK UP,IF THAT WAS THE CASE THEN THE JAIL WOULD BE FILLED WITH A LOT OF MEN AND WOMEN,CAUSE NOW AND DAYS CHILDREN ARE HAVING RELATIONSHIP WITH OLDER PEOPLE..DON'T GET ME WRONG IF HE DID IT HE SHOULD PAY THE PRICE FOR HIS CRIME WE JUST HAVE TOO WANT AND SEE.........

I would like to know this, good ole WTAP once again stirring the pot. Now everyone has this individual marked as a sexual predator for using his cellphone to do this. How does this mark him as a predator, disturbed yes. Maybe people need to look up the correct terms and educate themselves in this area before passing judgement. As for the 12 yr old yeah they are a minor but ya know where are the parents monitoring the cellphone and gee don't answer or respond to people you don't know on any electronic device. You'd you open the door to a stranger? Same applies people. No matter what laws, monitoring, registration there is in place there will never be an end, because you can not monitor everyone criminal or not. Media needs to quit scaring with one sided story titles and start explaining and educating people to help prevent this. Prevention Education Tools Self-awareness(PETS)!

She was 12.. thats the new 25 :) Before I get jumped all over, that was obviously a joke. All he will get is probabtion they are much more worried about arresting and convicting all the drug users and dealers who dont hurt anyone but themselves. This guy will get a slap on the wrist and be right back out there trying to pick up jr high school girls next summer.

i disagree Bre....1st offense-remove his genitals, 2nd offense-short rope and a tall tree! if it were my kid(s), i gurantee i would be the one on trial facing a long prison term and the monster would never see the inside of a courtroom.

I don't know if this guy has been convicted of this type of crime before, but I do know this; our justice system is far too lentinent on child sexual predators. A sentence of 10 years minimum ought to be given for a first offense, 2nd offense-20 years, 3rd- life. These people cannot be reformed and our children need to be protected.

thats nice elderly people live by selfs and little kids out playing on a nice day they need to do somthing about this seems like they get chance after chance to things like this is are cops even looking for him or do they want public to do it it makes me sick give him a manitory min like they do drug dealers . drugs hurt the indavidule guys like Richard Farley hurts our kids and family and our community give him what he deserves and not a chance he already had his chance . he's 53 years old
