There was everything from elephants to a contortionist at the 74th Annual Carson and Barnes Circus in Belpre Thursday.
Acrobats from around the world as well as elephants, camels, and dogs were performing under the big top at Civitan Park.
The traveling circus is sponsored by the Belpre Lions Club and about 50 percent of the sales goes to the club.
The first show was at 4:30 p.m. and the second is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. Thursday. The gate opens at 7 p.m.
Tickets are $16 for adults and $10 for children.
