Marvin D. Stinespring, 68, of Parkersburg passed away May 9, 2008 at Cleveland Clinic Hospital.
Marvin was born in Parkersburg August 30, 1939 a son of the late Wilburt and May Fetty Stinespring. He was retired after 29 yeras of service from the Wood County Board of Education.
He is survived by his wife; Edna Jean Elliott Stinespring, two daughters and sons in law: Martha and David Jones and Tonya and Clent Reesman all of Parkersburg,WV, two brothers; Reverend Casey Stinespring, Wheeling, WV and Richard Stinespring, ColumbusOhio, three sisters: Carol Jones, Belpre, Ohio, Lenarae Minney, Parkersburg and Wanda Wayne, Spencer WV, fourgranddaughters and one grandson.
Services will be held Monday 11 AM at Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg with Pastor Jeff Wayne officiating. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery South.Visitation 2-6 PM SundayOnline condolences may be sent to the family at www.leavittfuneralhome.com
