Deloris "Dee" Bailey, 73 of Parkersburg, passed away May 12, 2008 at her residence. She was born July 6, 1934 in Midway, OH a daughter of the late George Thomas Edgar and Lucille (Applegarth) Edgar.
Dee retired from Consolidated Freight as office manager. She was a member of the American Legion Post 15 Auxillary and the VFW 1212 Auxillary.
Surviving are two daughters: Margaret "Margie" Davidson of Akron, OH and Michelle Andrews of Atlanta, GA, stepdaughter Bonnie Bailey of Columbus, OH, brothers Edward Edgar of Dennis, OH and George Edgar of Fairpoint, OH and 6 grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Robert "Woody" Bailey in 2005, two sisters: Carol Butler and Shirley Glorioso.
Funeral services will be Thursday 11AM at the Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg. Interment will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens. Visitation will be Wednesday 6-8PM.
